Deliver just the right amount of content in context—providing Sage customers with the information they need when they need it, on the platform and device of their choosing.
- Develop on-line documentation of a high standard in a variety of media formats for target audiences.
- Use style and terminology guides, and adhere to writing authorities and Sage Tone of Voice guidelines.
- Participate in user research to understand content needs and continually improve the user experience.
- Advocate for our customers. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and business goals, and drive aligned user assistance solutions.
- Collaborate with other content development teams to shape our global content strategy.
- Collaborate with localization professionals to localize content for global markets.
