**Job Description**:
The Associate, Digital Shelf Operations & GDSN - within the Digital & eCommerce COE - will manage all day-to-day operations to improve BIC performance across the digital shelf (Search, Pricing/Promotion, Assortment, Ratings and Reviews, and Content) at global scale, with specific responsibility for GDSN publication support, mapping and maintenance/issues resolution - while embedding critical GDSN expertise within the BIC organization via our global PIM (Salsify). They will report to the Manager, Digital Shelf Operations and work with regional partners and cross-functional teams to help accelerate sales growth across priority markets and accounts.
- GDSN Management: Support daily operations for GDSN through Salsify with sales organization, including:

- Serving as point of contact / lead coordinator for day-to-day market requests and needs related to GS1 and GDSN publication: data pool connections, functionality updates, ticket resolution, retailer feedback interpretation and resolution, troubleshooting
- Understanding GS1 requirement updates and leading enhancements in Salsify to proactively address
- Creating and leading training materials to further embed GDSN expertise and capabilities within BIC sales organization, updating user manuals, and other ongoing support and capability development initiatives
- Serve as lead contact /liaison between BIC business teams and Salsify for troubleshooting and issue management /coordination
- Content Operations: Partner with Global Content Factory team to coordinate content requirements and ensure GDSN compliance
- Identify content gaps/required optimizations to meet BIC and customer KPIs and ensure retailers have access to high quality, impactful, accurate information - filling gaps when needed and coordinating with cross-functional leads to gather data required for GDSN
- Other initiatives include:

- Support management of team budgets and project timelines to ensure projects delivered on-time/on budget
- Support Digital Shelf monitoring and optimizations via EDGE tool
- Support broader Digital CoE projects and initiatives as needed beyond GDSN/digital shelf focus

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Track-record of success or illustrations of contributions made in areas of GDSN/data pools integration and content syndication
- Excellent project management, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Independent and can operate with minimum supervision
- Comfortable working across functions and with team members at any level
- Internationally curious - previous experience working on a global team and/or strong desire to be in a global role
- Demonstrated ability to flex management style/ways of collaborating based on individual market needs and level of Digital Shelf maturity
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment/start-up mindset
- 1-3 years of experience working with datapools
- Some IT experience/working knowledge of IT as relates to data management system
- Experience working with key digital shelf syndication and measurement systems (ex. Salsify, Syndigo, EDGE by Ascential, Profitero, etc.) is a plus
- Strong digital acumen and understanding of current digital landscape/trends
- Has effectively driven influence among peers and those at higher levels
