It's a colorful world - make your mark by joining the BIC team today. **Mission**: As Manager MEA/APAC Product Efficiency & Item Data GPO you will be integrated to product team reporting to the Portfolio Director. You will be responsible for the design and or update of processes and data models. **Responsabilities**: **Range Efficiency Manager (70% of time)** - Lead and coordinate quality, efficiency projects and activities to ensure continuous best practices, and quality improvement. - Analyze existing workflows and perform best practice benchmark gap analysis. - Develop processes and procedures to effectively meet or exceed customer expectations. - Develop/ update process documentation, work instructions and other tools to support execution - Create workflow templates to streamline processes and increase efficiency. - Provide recommendations to departments, work with respective teams on adoption and train teams as appropriate. - Partner with Legal and Compliance experts to ensure regulatory compliance. - Collaborate cross-functionally on full life cycle process evaluation and improvements. **Item Data Global Process Owner (30% of time)** - Is owner of Item creation, update and decommissioning processes (incl. early creation) - Is owner of business rules associated to main Item attributes (links between attributes, interdependencies, validation rules ) - Define and follow-up quality standards and objectives for the portfolio of items: define Quality dashboard content and associated KPIs, follow-up KPIs and share them during business committees - Define and validate improvement plans together with Item Owners when needed - Define access rights and segregation of duties - Arbitrate evolution requests raised by Item owners or Data Stewards link to the Item creation update / decommissioning processes or Item Data model evolutions - Prepare and organize IDG business committees with item Owners and IDG SteerCo with Is Project leaders **Knowledge and education**: Business adm/ Engineering BS + Master (optional) **Experience in years**: +5 years experience in a similar role **Languages**: English (must)/ Other: other languages will be valued **Competences**: - Multicultural mindset - Communication skills - Understanding of supply chain and/or consumer goods is a plus - Strong Managerial skills - Continuous improvement mindset - Project Management experience - Interesting to have a background in BIC BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
