We are currently looking for an **AI Product Manager** to join our team in **Paris**

The AI Product Manager is responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of AI-driven products within our organization. She/He will play a crucial role in driving the strategic vision and roadmap for AI initiatives.

Responsibilities include researching and staying up-to-date with AI technologies and trends, identifying market opportunities, and defining product requirements. The AI Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and designers, to develop innovative AI solutions. They will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch monitoring.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for AI initiatives, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for AI-based products and features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, designers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and prioritize features.
- Drive the development and launch of AI products, including defining product roadmaps, creating user stories, and overseeing the product development lifecycle.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, gathering user feedback and data to iterate and improve the AI product offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to AI and machine learning, to ensure the product remains competitive and up-to-date.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product positioning and promotion.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure AI products adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Continuously assess and evaluate the competitive landscape and evolving customer needs to proactively identify opportunities for product enhancements or new AI product offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record as a Product Manager with experience specifically in AI or machine learning products.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, including natural language processing, OCR, Automated Speech Recognition.
- Experience in driving the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including gathering requirements, defining product roadmap, and overseeing development.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Agile or Kanban, and experience working closely with engineering and data science teams.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer research to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and machine learning.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align product strategy with overall business goals and market needs.
- Experience in driving user engagement, retention, and growth by leveraging AI capabilities and user insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively.
