[Job Description]

Context

The Savings & Overdraft module is a key component of the Skaleet platform.

It covers:

• regulated savings accounts

• interest-bearing current accounts

• term deposits

• overdrafts and cash facilities

The module is already in production and will be used in 2026 by several major French banks, making it a core, complex product with strong regulatory constraints.

Over the next 6 to 12 months, product priorities include:

• scalability

• the delivery of new features

• customer adoption and go-to-market acceleration

The module primarily targets traditional banks and large fintechs.

Your future missions

As a Product Manager Intern, you will work closely with the Product Manager responsible for the Savings & Overdraft module, as well as with the engineering teams.

This is a highly operational role, offering full immersion in the lifecycle of a banking product running in production.

You will notably contribute to:

• customer discovery, in close collaboration with the PM

• writing functional specifications such as user stories and test cases

• delivery follow-up with development teams

• testing, functional acceptance and production releases

• collaboration with cross-functional teams on go-to-market and adoption topics

Indicative time allocation:

• Discovery / user research: ~10%

• Specifications writing: ~30%

• Delivery follow-up: ~20%

• Testing, acceptance, go-live: ~40%

You will be in direct contact with end customers and exposed to the real constraints of banks operating at scale.

• Product team of 8 Product Managers

• Structured roadmap, discovery practices in place, clear rituals

• Tools: Confluence, Jira, Slack

• Strong exposure to:

  • regulatory topics

  • core banking systems

  • complex savings products

• Internship focused on banking business and product, with high functional requirements

• You will work on a core Skaleet product, already live in production

• You will develop expertise on advanced banking and regulatory topics

• You will join a mature and structured product team

• You will build a solid foundation for a Product Manager career

• Education: Master's degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.

• Strong interest in product, technology, and complex systems

• Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, an excellent team player.

• You thrive on challenges, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy the energy of scale-ups.

• Bonus Points: Previous experience in an international or European setting is a plus.
