L'Atelier du Recrutement, cabinet de conseil en recrutement et évaluation d'experts, cadres et dirigeants, recherche pour son client acteur majeur du secteur industriel un **Manager of Controlling **(F/H)

Le poste est à pourvoir en CDI près de Marseille.

A ce titre, vous êtes un interlocuteur privilégié de la direction locale de l'usine, des fonctions centrales de finance et de contrôle de gestion et supervisez les contrôleurs de gestion locaux des sociétés françaises, belges et italiennes. Vous communiquez les résultats de l'entreprise de manière transparente et objective et contribuez ainsi au succès du groupe.

Vos responsabilités

Jouer un rôle actif en tant que partenaire commercial de la direction locale

Gérer une équipe de contrôleurs locaux ; conduire le changement et responsabiliser l'équipe

Collaborer étroitement avec les fonctions financières et de contrôle de gestion locales/mondiales.

Rendre compte des résultats financiers à la direction financière et non financière de manière transparente et dans les délais impartis.

Jouer un rôle actif dans les projets d'expansion et autres

Diriger et rationaliser le processus budgétaire local

Développer et améliorer les procédures et les systèmes de gestion des performances de l'entreprise

Identifier les risques et les opportunités en coopération avec la direction locale

Mettre en œuvre un système local de reporting des risques, y compris l'évaluation financière

Fournir des rapports ad hoc si nécessaire.

Vous êtes titulaire d'une licence avec une spécialisation en finance/contrôle de gestion, un master serait un avantage.

Expérience approfondie et avérée du contrôle de gestion dans une entreprise multinationale, de préférence en tant que partenaire commercial dans un environnement industriel.

3 ans d'expérience en management.

Excellentes connaissances et compétences commerciales et financières

Expérience pertinente dans MS Office, SAP, en particulier FI/CO, BW et Tableau.

Capacité à analyser rapidement et à prendre les mesures appropriées

Capacité à s'affirmer et à innover

Un niveau d’anglais courant est exigé.
