Finance Manager

**Job Description Summary**: The Finance Manager will oversee accounting and compliance for PRC, manage technical accounting and transfer pricing, and collaborate on QTC and STP processes. They will also act as an ambassador for BP&A, coordinate SOX processes, and support various ad hoc projects. Strong teamwork and continuous improvement skills are essential.

Member of the Record to Report (RTR) team, your main responsibilities will be:

- ** Responsibility of PRC**, a “stand alone” entity from BD group (accounting in US & Local GAAPs in JDE, review with external auditors, preparation of statutory accounts)
- ** Technical accounting**: partner with the business for the recording of ad hoc contracts in BD books and follow-up (in compliance with US & French GAAPs)
- ** Transfer pricing**: put in place analysis by flow, prepare the quarterly forecast reviews, the final statutory adjustment, improve the reporting files
- ** Quote To Cash (QTC)**: collaborate with the customer finance team. Ensure that customer related matters align with local GAAPs and local tax rules and are accurately recorded (including bad debt accrual, write-off )
- ** STP (Source to Pay)**: Collaborate with Procurement and Shared Services Center to ensure financial compliance (attend weekly calls, follow-up on external/internal audits, be part of e-invoicing project implementation, advise on specific situations, make sure users are educated on company processes )
- ** BP&A (Business Planning & Analysis)**: Act as the RTR team ambassador to improve the collaboration and processes efficiency with BP&A teams.
- ** Internal control**: act as the coordinator of the SOX process for the Finance team I France.
- ** Ad hoc projects**: provide support in team transverse continuous improvement projects, local impact of company M&As

**Preferred profile**:

- **Accounting profile**: Master in accounting/finance, knowledge of USGAAP & French accounting standards.
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in an international environment (in a company or audit firm).
- Knowledge of **SAP or JDE** is a plus.
- Good level of **English**.
- You must be a team player with a collaborative mindset. You are hands-on and don’t hesitate to step-up and help other team members when needed.
- With a strong analytical mindset, you are motivated and learn quickly. You wish to join a dynamic environment with growth opportunities within the company.
