En tant que Customer Success & Space Manager, tu seras un acteur clé dans la gestion et l'amélioration de nos espaces de bureaux. Sous la supervision d'un Senior, tes responsabilités incluront:
**Gestion opérationnelle**: Veiller au bon fonctionnement des espaces, anticiper les besoins et organiser les activités liées aux bureaux.
**Résolution de problèmes**: Identifier et solutionner rapidement les imprévus pour garantir une expérience optimale aux utilisateurs.
**Coordination des prestataires**: Superviser et piloter les partenaires (entretien, maintenance, sécurité, etc.) pour maintenir un service de qualité.
**Relation client**: Être l'interlocuteur principal des clients, s'assurer de leur satisfaction et anticiper leurs besoins.
**Missions transversales**: Selon tes compétences et envies, contribuer à des projets stratégiques tels que la veille, le benchmark ou l'amélioration de nos processus internes.

Tu es en formation de niveau Bac+2 à Bac+5.
Tu maîtrises parfaitement le français et as de bonnes bases en anglais.
Tu possèdes d'excellentes compétences en communication, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, et sais t'adapter à des interlocuteurs variés.
Tu es autonome, organisé(e) et capable de gérer la pression efficacement.
Curieux(se) et force de proposition, tu souhaites t'investir pleinement dans un projet stimulant et porteur de sens.
