**Votre mission?**

Dans le cadre d’un projet de construction, notre client assure la Maitrise d œuvre. Pour renforcer les équipes projets, nous recherchons un Contract Manager Opérationnel pour l’accompagner.

En lien avec la Direction de Projet, vous serez en charge principalement des missions suivantes:

- Vous assurez le support contractuel quotidien auprès des équipes projet ;
- Vous contribuez à la définition et à l’adaptation des outils et processus de gestion des contrats;
- Vous accompagnez les responsables de marchés durant la phase de contractualisation et d’exécution des marchés ;
- Vous identifiez les obligations contractuelles des titulaires de marchés afin de parer aux risques de demandes de variations et de réclamations ;
- Vous rédigez les courriers destinés à jalonner l exécution des contrats;
- Vous gérez les changements de périmètre des contrats et les situations pré contentieuses ;
- Vous participez à la cohérence transverse de la gestion contractuelle des Marchés Systèmes et partagez informations, bonnes pratiques et retours d’expérience avec le reste de l équipe Contract Management

**Skills and Soul**

De formation Ingénieur avec une appétence forte pour le contractuel, vous disposez d’une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans les projets de construction ou industriels.

Votre capacité à travailler en équipe, une excellente communication seront des atouts indéniables pour mener à bien ces missions.
