**Your Mission**: **The Account Manager** will report to the Sales Director FHPC Northern and Southern Europe and be part of the Sales FHPC Northern and Southern Europe organisation. As an **Account Manager,** your main missions will focused on the following activities: - Manage existing customers and develop new accounts within business area (France & Benelux) - Be accountable for meeting budgeted sales and margins for the assigned territory - Establish strong relationships with customers by building a network of contacts within their organization - Build strategic networks and relationships with vendors, suppliers and integrators to further develop the - market - Identify market potential for assigned territory and develop strategic and tactical sales plans - accordingly - Develop customer needs analysis - Negotiate and issue price lists - Present quotes in line with commercial policy - Maintain and clean up-to-date sales pipeline in the Sales Data Warehouse - Oversee the execution of the project and maintain customer contact **SIDEL** offers its employees a variety of benefits in terms of: - safety, health and well-being - skills development - social benefits and remuneration (smart working, complementary health insurance, variable pay, provident fund, profit-sharing,....)
