**Vos missions**:
Dans le cadre du développement des activités Software Engineering, nous renforçons notre équipe Delivery et recrutons un(e) Project Manager confirmé(e), chargé.e de piloter des projets à engagement dans le secteur de la défense.

En qualité de Project Manager, et sous la direction du Delivery Head, vous:

- Etes responsable de la planification, de la qualité, et de la santé financière des projets qui vous sont confiés
- Assurez le management opérationnel des équipes qui évoluent sur vos projets
- Etes garant des engagements contractuels entre Capgemini Engineering et ses clients
- Contribuez aux phases de réponse à appel d’offres
- Assurez la capitalisation sur les projets réalisés

**Votre profil**:

- De formation supérieure (Bac + 5), vous justifiez d’une expérience significative de Chef de projet dans le domaine IT, dans un contexte industriel ou idéalement en ESN, sur des projets au forfait ou en centre de services
- Expérience en ingénierie logicielle idéalement dans le secteur de la défense
- Maîtrise de l’anglais
- Leadership (responsabilité, prise de décision, négociation, intelligence émotionnelle...)
- Compétences intrapersonnelles (attitude positive, éthique, gestion du temps, gestion du stress, confiance en soi, résilience...)
