**Automotive Cells Company (ACC)** est une co-entreprise créée à l'été 2020 par **Saft-Total**, le Groupe **PSA et Opel **(devenus Stellantis depuis)et **Mercedes-Benz.** Notre ambition est de produire des batteries au meilleur niveau technologique tout en rendant la mobilité électrique accessible au plus grand nombre.

Pour donner vie à cette ambition, à la fois pour notre centre de R&D et notre ligne test en Nouvelle Aquitaine, mais aussi pour nos gigafactories dans les Hauts de France et en Allemagne nous recherchons des personnes compétentes et agiles, notamment dans les domaines aussi diverses et variés que la R&D, l'industrialisation, la conception mécanique, les tests/prototypageset toute autre fonction d'une entreprise en pleine construction.

**Job description**:
You will be the HR Deputy of Nersac Pilot line with an approximate 200 headhcount perimeter.
- Support Health and Safety policy and check its enforcement on a daily basis
- Support the official meetings with workforce representatives and all daily relationships with employees
- Support the local negotiations
- Support the recruitment process, talents and career paths
- Support Work Life Quality process to guarantee work conditions, to build team spirit, solidarity between employees
- Contribute to shape and update the company’s competences matrix (technical and managerial)
- Contribute to Identify the training needs in the context of the very fast company’s growth, taking into account the high level of technicity of its different professions
- Contribute to define and implement a competences and training development strategy
- Contribute to supervise the tools and training definition, so that the supply and development of competences meets the needs of the company
- Contribute to define and follow up the training KPIs

Recruitment, Labor law, project management, competences and training tools

**Experience (domain, number of years)**

5 years minimum in HR field

**Qualifications (diplomas, languages )**

Master’s degree in HR

A perfect French and a good level in English are mandatory
