**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist who will be responsible for our back-office activities related support our Market in request to our Powder Handling Equipment and Spare Parts Business in Services Organization, which also includes offering quality service with innovative solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
In this permanent role you will be based in Le May sur Evre, France.

**What you will do**:

- Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensuring and implementing order management processes
- Support the Market in requests for our products and spare parts
- Close collaboration with the Market to provide the best possible service to our customers
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and advancing the supply chain service level
- Constant communication with production planning to ensure on-time and full orders
- Taking special tasks and independent projects (further development of key figures)
- Master data maintenance
- Query handling
- Price calculation
- Sourcing

**We believe you have**:

- 3-5 of experience in a similar back-office role
- Expertise in CRM tools
- French and English language skills, both verbally and in writing, are required.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Technical background is an asset
- SAP experience is an asset
- Experience in the food industry is a big plus
- Customer-focused mindset
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly structured approach to work
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize among them
- Ability to work independently and take on additional tasks
- Good communication skills and being a team-player
- Good energy, positive, and ready for new opportunities in a changeable environment.
