Proclinical are recruiting a Surgical Sales Specialist - France West for a medical technology and device organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in the West of France. client is focused on empowering people to live healthier lives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offer surgical process and technical product assistance and consistent customer service rendering to company policy.
- You will keep ahead of market information for your location to guarantee maximisation of market share, product acceptance and specifications.
- Perform sales calls and meet with crucial decision makers to introduce/upsell out entire portfolio of products.
- Display as well as collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, supply chain, payers, healthcare suppliers and any other requires to accomplish sales goals.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Willing to travel for business needs.
- Capable of creating and implementing a strategic sales plan.
- A commercial background successfully selling capital and consumables in a medical organisation, particularly in surgical, to sales predictions.
- Shareholder management skills.
- Able to form new pipelines and upselling within current clients.
- Demonstrated capability to exceed predicted sales targets.
