Après plus de 10 ans d'expertise dans le rachat et la revente de produits high-techs, Recommerce Group a lancé CircularX, une plateforme SaaS qui permet aux distributeurs et aux marques de créer leur offre de seconde vie et de prendre concrètement le virage de l'économie circulaire.

En effet, en permettant le rachat de n’importe quel produit et en lui donnant une seconde vie, c’est autant de matières premières qui n’ont pas besoin d’être extraites et d’énergie qui n’a pas besoin d’être dépensée pour transformer la matière, fabriquer et transporter les produits jusqu’au consommateur.

Des grandes enseignes comme Boulanger, Leroy Merlin ou encore Decathlon font confiance à CircularX pour opérer leur programme de rachat.

**Missions**:

- Définition de la stratégie*
- Il est le représentant de la vision Produit
- Il définit la stratégie Produit, la roadmap de développement produit
- Management*
- Il manage les équipes Produit et en particulier les Product Owners et les UX Designers
- Développement méthodologique et Innovation*
- Il pilote l’amélioration continue de la stratégie Produit et des méthodes communes utilisées par l’équipe Produit
- Il structure et anime une veille marché sur les sujets tech liés au secteur de l’entreprise
- Pilotage*
- Il entretient les relations avec les autres directions de l’entreprise (principalement Engineering, Commercial, Customer Success) et avec les partenaires externes liés au produits (partenaires technologiques intégrés)
- Il est en charge du pilotage des partenariats, acquisitions ou négociations avec des parties tierces liées au Produit
- Il est responsable d’assurer un alignement des attentes avec les clients grands comptes sur la roadmap de développement fonctionnel

**Compétences**:

- Compétences confirmées en définition de stratégie, création de roadmap Produit
- Bonne connaissance des enjeux Business d’un Produit, mais également des problématiques métier et techniques qui lui sont liées
- Expérience solide en construction et management d’équipes Produit
- Connaissance du management Agile
- Passion pour le Produit, intuition et esprit disruptif pour répondre aux exigences des clients
- Leadership et capacité à mobiliser des équipes
- Anglais courant exigé par le niveau du poste

Salaire : 70 000,00€ à 120 000,00€ par an
