Product Manager

Your Role

Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, you will contribute to strategic and operational marketing activities at both global and regional levels. The scope of responsibilities will be tailored according to your experience.
- Fixed-term contract position from November 2025 to July 2026._

Global Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development and execution of the global medico-marketing strategy for DIACOMIT.
- Participate in the creation and deployment of core promotional campaigns and beyond-the-pill initiatives (patient support, HCP education, digital tools ).
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-country marketing projects involving Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Business Europe, Operational Excellence, and Rest of the World teams.

Regional Support:

- Collaborate with the Regional Patient Care Partners team (Europe) to support local field activities (e.g. cycle meetings, congresses, local campaigns).
- Support marketing activation in our Rest of the World markets in close coordination with international partners.

Key Missions May Include:

- Project management of medico-marketing programs.
- Development of 360° customer journey assets tailored to HCPs.
- Adaptation of global content to regional needs.
- Contribution to strategic workshops, congress presence, and performance monitoring.

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated colleague with the following profile:

- Scientific background: PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent.
- Experience or interest in rare diseases, neurology, or pediatrics is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
- Autonomous, curious, organized, and results-driven.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams...).
