**Job Purpose**
- In charge of the definition, preparation, commissioning and support of all test equipment and software tools for engineering testing departments.
- Support the organization at global level for Bench & Tools SYS/SW/MECH topics.

**Key Accountabilities & Key Activities**
- Ensure the definition, preparation, commissioning and support for all test equipment and tools for Testing Engineering activities
- Contribute to the technical testing strategy in term of hardware and software
- Ensure the compliance of test bench development with customer requirements and the internal strategy
- Provide technical lead on his perimeter especially on mechanical and sowfare Maintain, develop and deploy our internal generic software for SYS /HIL/SIL test bench (LabVIEW/Real-Time, dSPACE/Scalexio)
- Capable to develop automation utilities (C#, PowerShell or other scripting language) and ensure their roll out on local sites
- Ensure the relation with benches and tools suppliers (acquisition, training, maintenance and support topics)

**Validation Procedure Support**
- Contribute within the departments to the definition and management of standards, new test procedures and measurements technics
- Maintain and develop the validation tools chain of our product
- Define technical testing strategy in term of hardware and software

**Expertise & Continuous Improvement**
- Maintain, improve continuously internal tools by communicating with stakeholders
- Provide technical lead on his perimeter especially on software and electronics hardware & capable to animate development workshops
- Capable to establish validation framework to validate internal tool development
- Archive tool architecture, development best practices for tool developers

**Key Professional Competencies**

- Tests / benches expertise
- Software development skills and mind-set (LabVIEW, C/C++, PowerShell, Embedded, PLC...).
- Familiar with AGILE process ( Continuous integration Tools, Jenkins...)
- Electronics hardware

**Qualification & Experience**
- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar area, preferably in automotive.
