**Description**

**Your mission**:
Your goal is to improve the existing software development process in order to reach higher level on ASPICE standard.

Applicable process: SWE1-SWE2-SWE3-SWE4-SWE5-SUP9-SUP10

To achieve this target, you will:

- Understand the existing software development process,
- Analyse result of ASPICE audits,
- Identify action plan to close the findings,
- Execute actions identified in action plan,
- Update process documentation and communicate changes,
- Realize random verification if software process is respected,
- Coach the software team to help them to understand and follow the defined process,
- Participate to ASPICE audits,
- Develop Tools for process automation.

**Your profile**:

- Embedded system engineering degree, Mechatronics,
- Motivated, involved, rigorous, autonomous & open minded,
- Good control of Office pack (Excel, Word & PowerPoint),
- Knowledge of ASPICE standard is a plus,
- Knowledge of programming langage is a plus (C, Python, Scripting ),
- Technical English, French is recommended.

**Tools / Framework**:

- Tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Ascet, Matlab/Simulink, Jira, TortoiseSVN,
- Work within software development team with strong collaboration with process and tools team
- 6 months internship,
- Supervision: 1 engineer.
