THE COMPANY

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor the function and security of all computer hardware and ensure that it is operating properly
- Keep a record of all hardware, software, and purchased IT equipment
- Ensure that all software runs with no errors according to specifications
- Prepare reports regarding the systems and issues related while maintaining the documentation of the system configuration
- Understand all the department working procedures and perform the related tasks as described
- Knowledge of IP network switches and routers, wireless networks, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP
- Carry out the repairs and maintenance of all PCs, printers, anti-virus, on-site systems, etc.
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting local network issues
- Maintain all users access requests and authorizations (Windows, E-mail, etc)
- Act as the point of contact for all outside agents in all computer technology-related matters
- Respond to all users requests and provide them with adequate support

Skills and Education:

- A strong command of French and English
- Degree within the Information Technology field
- Previous 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role along with proven knowledge in the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
- Self-motivated with a hands-on and flexible approach and ability to adapt to unpredictable events.
- Proactive and reliable to work in a busy fast environment and stay calm under pressure and have attention to detail.

**Salary**: 5,000.00€ - 5,500.00€ per month
