PASQAL conçoit et développe des processeurs quantiques (QPUs : Quantum Processing Units) et les outils logiciels associés.

Notre technologie innovante permet de traiter des cas d’usage qui sont à ce jour hors de portée des plus puissants des supercalculateurs ; ces cas peuvent concerner des défis industriels applicatifs aussi bien que les besoins des sciences fondamentales.

Au-delà de la puissance de calcul exceptionnelle qu’ils apportent, les QPUs sont d’une très grande efficacité énergétique et contribueront à réduire fortement l’empreinte carbone de l’industrie du calcul intensif.

**Description du Poste**

Pour rejoindre notre équipe internationale, nous recrutons un Global Lead of Grants pour renforcer notre équipe commerciale. Dans ce cadre, vos missions principales seront:

- Développer et piloter la stratégie de Pasqal en matière de financement des programmes et de gestion des subventions, grâce à une forte collaboration et un alignement avec nos bureaux nationaux, internationaux et équipes de R&D.
- Assurer l’efficacité de la mise en œuvre de nos subventions et financements de programmes, tirer parti des meilleures pratiques et travailler à l’amélioration des processus dans ce domaine
- Responsable de la planification d’activité et financière, des budgets ainsi que du reporting en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de projets (en charge du suivi technique et opérationnel)
- Développer une cartographie Business Intelligence des subventions, rédiger et soumettre des propositions
- Représenter les subventions internationales et le financement des programmes de Pasqal lors de réunions et de conférences pertinentes
- Assurer la gestion administrative et les tâches de toutes les subventions et programmes pendant toute la durée de vie de ces programmes, y compris le crédit d’impôt recherche (comme le CIR en France)

**Profil**
- Formation Bac+5 en école d’ingénieurs ou de commerce
- Expérience de 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire au sein d’environnement technique, idéalement en scale-up/start up
- Anglais courant à l’écrit et à l’oral, courantes interactions à l’international
- Connaissances en demande de subventions et financements publics
- Rigueur, excellent sens relationnel, polyvalence, assertivité, diplomatie, flexibilité
