Present in 160 countries through its network of more than 400 offices and 750 warehouses, the Group employs more than 155,000 people worldwide, including 4,000 in Marseilles where its head office is located. **THE ROLE**: Within the Transformation Lines Directorate of CMACGM and the "Data and Innovation" department, the CMA CGM Group is seeking an intern who can assist the teams in project management, design and testing phases, as well as during change management phases. The main topics will focus on implementing AI projects to improve pricing policies and methodology, ensuring real-time monitoring of customer booking behaviors in relation to pricing policies, and overall streamlining of pricing management processes. You are responsible for developing a comprehensive vision of agile project management and methodologies. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: You support project managers in the development of project management documents (Project KPIs, Agile methodology, JIRA, PowerPoint) You may also, depending on your skills, participate in measuring the performance of these different projects (SQL) You assist various business experts and project managers in preparing and executing tests You contribute to the creation of documentation necessary for change management (creation of videos, etc...) **PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**: Engineering school or business school background Familiarity with international project management Fluent in English and French ideally Knowledge of complexities related to the implementation of data/data science/AI projects Strong ability to deliver PowerPoint presentations for project management, risk management, assignment of actions to different departments, and facilitation Appetite for data analysis (excel and SQL preferably - python would be a plus) Good communication skills Ability to organize work and work autonomously Find out more about CMA CGM Group's Sustainable Development approach and net zero carbon emissions by 2050 ambition.
