MISSION
As a member of the Strategic Accounts Department, you will report to the project manager to assist him/her in the various projects of transformation of the organisation, processes and tools that impact the sales forces of our department.
You will be based at the head office and work in an international and multicultural environment. In addition, you may be required to collaborate with other departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Helping to launch new projects / new scopes on an existing project:
Collecting the information required from the various stakeholders
Formatting the consolidated information (i.e. Excel tracker, power point presentation, strawdog, RACI)
Coordinate logístical and other requirements for the launch (team holidays/travel, venue booking, technical testing if remote webinar)
Help in coordinating the bodies with the stakeholders of existing projects:
Preparing governance bodies
Writing the minutes of meetings
Monitoring the progress of various projects for a given project
Contribute to the respect of commitments made, issue alerts and propose improvements
PROFILE
5 years of higher education in Project Management, International Business or Consulting (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP business school, etc., Master's degree specialising in Commerce, Business or Projects)
You have a good command of IT and office tools such as the Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Your English is fluent in both spoken and written form
You have the ability to manage several activities in parallel
You are organised, rigorous and proactive
You have a good level of assertiveness and ability to listen
Finally, you have a sense of service, a sense of teamwork and good interpersonal skills
