Financial Administrative Officer

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Group's Finance Department, you will help to streamline the department's administrative and financial management by not only ensuring overall consistency, but also the quality of the responses and follow-up provided on each file. The following list is by no means exhaustive, but you will be responsible for:
- Managing supplier payments, checking their allocation, entering them in the accounts and checking them after they have been sent to the bank, for several Group companies
- Monitoring cash flow in France and certain specific intra-Group advances
- Monitoring and settling expense claims
- Intra-Group invoicing, including the calculation of allocations (insurance, rent, various purchases)
- Checking engineers' accounts for the CIR
- Managing/transmitting certain commissions
- Managing insurance claims
- Responding to certain INSEE surveys
- Booking tickets/travel for certain employees
- Managing relations with service providers and in particular with the accounting firm
- Filing and/or archiving administrative documents relating to the department
**About You**:
With a Bac+2 (2-year higher education qualification) in accounting/management; BTS (2-year higher education qualification) in SME/SMI management, you have 4 to 10 years' successful experience in a multi-skilled position in management/finance/administration, in a demanding environment requiring a high level of responsiveness. You have the ability to work independently and the desire to learn and develop your skills as part of a small team within a dynamic company on a human scale.
You are comfortable using and mastering the main office automation tools (Pack Office), and experience using an ERP system (EPICOR would be a plus).
You must speak and write fluent English, as this will be your working language as well as French.
You will be service-minded, good at interpersonal relations, discreet, rigorous, reliable, proactive, able to manage priorities and adaptable. You enjoy working independently as well as in a team. Come and join us
