Located in the Principality of Monaco, the International University of Monaco (IUM), is a private institution of higher learning founded in 1986. Its portfolio of programs includes Bachelor's, Master's of Science, MBA and DBA degrees. OMNES EDUCATION is a private institution of higher education and multidisciplinary research in Management, Engineering Sciences, Communication & Creation and Political Sciences, located in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Chambéry-Savoie, London, Geneva, Monaco, San Francisco and Abidjan. Its 12 schools train 30,000 students and 2,000 executives each year, from Bachelor's to DBA level, in class or online.
The IUM is looking for a Recruitment & Admission Coordinator to join our busy Admission team,
**ROLE / MISSION**
You will ensure and maximize the recruitment of prospective students to meet the admission objectives for each of the courses in the program portfolio.
In close relationship with the Group's Marketing Department, you participate actively in promotional activities.
You ensure a high-quality report on the whole process using our CRM tool. In addition to prospecting students, you ensure progress and follow-up of all the stages of the admission process. You always have an eye on how to improve commercial procedures.
You will also oversee the recruitment of international students, here are some of your tasks:
- Participate in managing the promotion of the school
- Ensure the implementation of admission procedures
- Assistance in the organization of events at IUM for promotion and students recruitment
- Organization of Sales trips aborad to promote the school and attendance of students’ fairs
**PROFILE / SKILLS**
- A prior **sales experience of at least 3-5 years** in which communication and relationship development are key, ideally within an academic background, is required.
- To manage transversal administrative tasks
- Bac +3 minimum, Bac + 5 desired
- Excellent level of English and French, a 3rd language is an asset
- Mastery of Excel, Word, practice of a CRM desired
- Autonomy and rigor, commercial mindset and ability to bring innovative ideas, sales oriented profile
- Open-minded, adaptable, strong listening skills
- Practical mind
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and communication skills
- Organized and sharp eye for detail
