Our Corporate teams support the company’s performance and growth while putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and globally successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly seeking ways to innovate and increase organizational efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function comprises five teams: HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, M&A, and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the HR Ops team daily on legal questions related to hiring, onboarding, immigration processes, employment relationships, performance management, and offboarding
- Review HR legal documentation including employment contracts, amendments, and termination paperwork
- Lead discussions or negotiations with legal implications
- Assist VP HR in managing collective labor relations (with CSE and union representatives), preparing for and attending meetings
**Qualifications**:
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Labor Law Associate in a Tier 1 law firm
- Strong legal skills and reasoning
- Autonomous, organized, and structured
- Adaptable, reactive, proactive, and pragmatic
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in French and English
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
