**YOUR MISSION AS CHIEF OF STAFF**:
Your mission as Chief of Staff is to help Kolsquare scale better, faster and stronger to become the leading Influencer Marketing technology in the world.

**YOUR SCOPE AS CHIEF OF STAFF**:
Reporting to the CEO, you will ensure operational excellence at Kolsquare and support the CEO by leading key processes, driving change as well as strategic focus.

Acting as a trusted advisor and a bridge between teams, you are initiating and supporting business-critical initiatives, orchestrating leadership meetings, as well as providing insights for long-term planning. By owning key internal processes—OKRs, communication, and governance—you unlock resources and empower teams to execute with precision and impact, while also building a culture of accountability and collaboration.

You will collaborate with all C-Levels and their teams across Europe, but also with key partners, board members and investors.

**YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Executive Team performance and efficiency**

Sparring partner: work closely with the CEO and assist him in his overall tasks and responsibilities

Proxy: act as the voice of the CEO, and be the decision-maker on certain topics

Decision support: research best market practices, provide valuable insights, analysis, and recommendations to assist the Executive Team in making informed decisions.

Sit in on Exec meetings, and own agenda, materials, minutes and follow-up

Prepare and lead strategic seminars, to define long-term objectives and investment decisions

Act as advisor and counsel to the CEO & Exec Team

Coordinate with the Executive Team on logistics & schedules

**Company Operational Excellence and Alignment**

Put into place and oversee operational procedures

Lead change management initiatives (international expansion, M&A projects,)

Identify and mitigate operational or strategic risks that could impact the organization

Help define & track objectives (company OKRs, team KPIs)

Master of the global company calendar: run the internal operating rhythm of the company, aligning milestones, internal priorities and external commitments

**Internal & External Communication**

Own the company’s rituals and internal communications (all-hands meetings)

Ensure bottom-up information feedback from the teams to the execs

Prepare Board meetings and organize follow-up

Support the CEO in communication with shareholders, partners, professional organizations, clients, prospects, etc.

Support the Exec Team in animating Kolsquare’s mission and B-Corp process

**Special and strategic projects: lead or support cross-functional initiatives, together with the Executive team**

Kick-start projects: kick off, impulse vision & direction in our key strategic projects (cross-department projects or projects our departments do not have resources to kick-start themselves)

Market analysis and assessment of opportunities for partnerships or external growth, in coordination with team.blue
