The Chief of Staff is in charge of preparing agenda, content, presentations and follow up for:
- Executive committees
- Boards meetings
- Operational Commercial committees
- Town Halls

This includes:
- Support Executive committee members in the formalisation of their strategic plan
- Work closely with:

- Commercial support teams on sales performance reporting
- Product teams to gather the latest information on product development and innovation
- Finance on financial performance reporting
- Communication team to provide them with the right content

The Chief of Staff is an active member of the organisation team for the Global Blue Management events (digital & physical), he/she is responsible for providing content and ensuring the good execution of the events.

On request of the CEO, the Chief of Staff also leads transversal strategic projects around Commercial, Financial, Legal and Operational challenges.

Agile and flexible

Technical skills

Extensive knowledge of the whole Pack office mainly Powerpoint and Excel.

Good command of Salesforce and/or Microstrategy would be a plus

Education and Experience

Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Sales or Business

5+ years in a consultancy firm

Recognize for the quality of his/her Powerpoint presentation is a plus.

Track record of organizing and directing multiple teams and departments is a plus.
