C&T Consultants, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé dans le BTP, recherche pour un de ses clients un Contract manager H/F.
Notre client est une entreprise de construction générale existant depuis près de 100 ans, elle réalise un chiffre d’affaires de 250M € et compte 4000 collaborateurs dans le monde entier. L’entreprise intervient sur des opérations de grandes envergures notamment dans le milieu hospitalier.
Dans la continuité du développement de celle-ci, nous recherchons donc un Contract manager H/F. Le poste est basé à Paris.
**Description du poste**:
Rattaché(e) au Directeur France, vos missions principales seront les suivantes:
Appliquer les pratiques du management commercial, juridique et financier par la gestion des contrats ;
Minimiser les risques encourus ;
S'assurer d'une bonne communication des éléments contractuels vis-à-vis du Directeur de Projet et des principaux interlocuteurs clés sur le chantier afin qu'ils soient en mesure d'évaluer l'impact de leurs actions ;
Evaluer et proposer des plans d'actions pour améliorer les performances contractuelles et commerciales des contrats ;
Elaborer et mener des stratégies de négociation ;
Suivre le statut financier du projet avec le pôle finance/comptabilité du chantier ;
Prévoir et prendre les actions nécessaires permettant d'assurer la protection des intérêts financiers du chantier et de la société ;
Piloter et optimiser l'exécution du contrat ;
**Description du profil**:
Vous justifiez une formation Bac+5 d'Ecole d'Ingénieur, Ecole de Commerce ou de l'Université.
Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative d'au moins 7 ans sur un poste similaire, dans le secteur du BTP.
