**CDG Conseil**, a recruitment firm specializing in the health industries, is hiring on behalf of its client, a global leader in pharmaceutical synthesis and specialty ingredients. The client recently acquired a site specializing in cell-based gene therapy bioproduction.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for implementing the site's commercialization plan, aiming to position the organization as a sustainable and profitable CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) in the ATMP (Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products) sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strategy and ImplementationDevelop and execute the commercial strategy to achieve financial objectives.Update the marketing plan by analyzing market needs and the organization’s competitive advantages to drive revenue and growth.Assess the organization's strengths and weaknesses to improve the offering and enhance competitiveness in the ATMP CDMO market.Collaborate closely with the CEO and the leadership team to align actions with the group's overall objectives.
- Leadership and ManagementUnite teams around the company’s vision, mission, and strategies.Oversee tactical plans in scientific affairs, marketing, and business development (BD).Lead and support team members to ensure cohesion and goal achievement.Set and monitor clear objectives with KPIs to track and drive performance.Foster a collaborative, success-oriented culture while supporting professional development.
- Business DevelopmentProvide leadership and coaching to the BD team to enhance their skills.Design ambitious sales plans and implement incentive programs to boost performance.Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and prospects to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.Represent the clients’ voice in strategic discussions, offering insights and recommendations to support growth.
- Market AnalysisMonitor market trends and competitor activities.Leverage data analysis to identify opportunities, including partnerships or entry into new markets.
- Customer ExperienceOptimize the B2B customer journey, from prospecting to contract finalization.Enhance contractual tools and oversee the preparation of client proposals.Promote a customer-centric culture across all organizational levels, with effective feedback mechanisms.
- Operations and ComplianceOversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the commercial function.Maximize commercial efficiency through CRM management and individualized action plans.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold ethical business practices.
**Profil**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a scientific background in biotechnology is a plus.
- 7-10 years of experience in commercial roles, ideally in B2B biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven success in revenue growth and commercial leadership.
- Strong alignment with the company’s values: entrepreneurship, agility, customer focus, tenacity, and responsiveness.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
