Oh BiBi is looking for a Game Designer to work on its current and upcoming games.

**Missions**
- Design gameplay mechanics & systems, proactively anticipate issues and propose solutions
- Design, implement and balance game content
- Iterate & adjust gameplay experiences
- Produce and maintain detailed game design documentation for the team and internal/external stakeholders
- Collaborate with programmers, artists, and other members of the design team
- Work with producers to determine production scope priorities and eventual adjustments
- Gather feedback and champion playtests on games and features to ensure audience-fit and strong quality
- Continuously play and analyse the gaming market to catch trends and opportunities early

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication, verbal and written
- Strong interest in multiplayer shooters
- Has shipped multiple and successful projects on mobile and/or console/PC as a key game designer (having navigated in both spaces is a plus)
- Experience with social systems and multiplayer game balance and pacing in a free-to-play economic model
- Passion for video games; an avid gamer with a solid understanding of games
- Attention to details, thoroughness in development and documentation
- Strong team spirit
- Ability to promote Game Design in other teams
- Ability to empathize with the core audience and target maximum quality for them
- Efficient and autonomous
- Experience on Unity
- Fully fluent in English and French
