**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
**We are looking for our next Inclusive Insurance Project Leader intern as of November at our AXA Headquarters**

Within **A**XA** EssentiALL**,** AXA’s inclusive insurance business units, your will join our European markets team as project leader.

Determined to be an insurer with a positive impact, AXA continues to take action to reduce insurance inequalities around the world. AXA EssentiALL is dedicated to protecting low-to-middle income populations in Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe to help them secure their socio-economic trajectories. We are developing insurance solutions to underinsured and ill-served populations covering 20 million customers worldwide by 2026 (vs. 17.4m customers in 2024).

**What You’ll Do**

Support market and consumer research:

- Lead research on market trends or specific segments of customers
- Identify main actors and competitors, legal schemes, national plans on financial inclusion and inclusive insurance.

Support business development efforts and project management in our different European Markets:

- Conduct research and analysis on potential partners to support new business generation, prepare discussion materials to present to potential public or private partners.
- Take part to the global coordination and project management alongside other stakeholders at AXA HQ and within our entities.
- Support partnership and stakeholder outreach by taking part in production of communications materials both external (e.g., position AXA in industry and think tank reports, articles and interviews, events, etc.) and internal (e.g., team governance, newsletters, etc.)

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Who You Are**
- Fluency in French and English (oral & written). Another European language is a strong plus (e.g. Spanish, Italian, German )
- Analytical skills with strong planning ability, autonomy and attention to detail.
- Capacity to consolidate and summarize information from varied sources.
- Experience in / interest for development and social issues. Knowledge of financial inclusion is a strong plus.
- Strong interest in project management, intrapreneurship, business strategy & transformation.
- MS Office: Word, Excel & Power Point - advanced level (mandatory)
