**Within AXA EssentiALL, the largest inclusive insurance business unit in the industry, you will join the Strategy, Performance management and Impact team as our Strategy and Impact performance intern.**

**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Bring your analytical, partnership and project management skills to assess the impact of our inclusive insurance business
- Support the Performance Management and Impact team, in collaboration with our global community of practitioners, experts and external partners, to conduct impact assessment studies. This involves the following:

- Preparation of information related to our products and clients with local teams
- Development and validation of questionnaires to be used with clients
- Analysis of the main trends and revision of first result
- Preparation of conclusions and recommendations material for follow up within AXA
- Work closely with our community of experts worldwide, the Performance Management and Impact team, to conduct our customer centricity analysis - the largest inclusive insurance portfolio in the industry You will play an important role in:

- Data collection across 22 countries worldwide
- Data consolidation and analysis
- Preparation of materials with conclusions and recommendations
- Participate and support team members in the preparation of internal and external meetings with relevant content related to impact measurement and social indicators
- Develop in-depth studies of specific topics relating to the AXA EssentiALL inclusive insurance space.
- Support, and/or coordinate the preparation of internal and external presentations and documents for governance and business development of inclusive insurance products
- Contribute to the communications and advocacy strategy of the business with relevant content that supports and enhances AXA EssentiALL clients’ visibility and narrative

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- An analytical mind with strong project management and planning skills.
- Someone capable of consolidating and summarizing information from diverse sources into a simple narrative
- Fluent in English - both written and spoken. French language skills are optional but preferred
- MS Office: Excel, Word, and Power Point - advanced level (mandatory)
- Advanced Power Point and communication skills is a strong plus
