En charge des opérations RH et garant de l'administration du personnel et de la paie:
Veiller à ce que toutes les obligations légales, réglementaires et administratives soient respectées, tout en garantissant une paie précise et ponctuelle.
Collaborer étroitement avec la HR Manager pour optimiser les processus et s'assurer que les employés reçoivent un support efficace et conforme.
**Gestion de la paie**:
Préparer, vérifier et traiter les éléments variables de la paie (heures supplémentaires, absences, congés, primes, etc.).
Assurer le contrôle de la paie et valider les bulletins de salaire.
**Administration du personnel**:
Rédiger et suivre les contrats de travail, avenants, et autres documents administratifs liés à la gestion des employés.
Gérer les dossiers individuels des salariés et assurer leur mise à jour.
Gérer les absences et les congés (maladie, maternité/paternité, etc.).
**Conformité légale**:
Assurer la conformité des pratiques RH en matière de sécurité sociale, médecine du travail, etc.
**Support aux employés**:
Répondre aux questions des employés concernant la paie, les congés, les avantages sociaux, et autres sujets administratifs.
Fournir des conseils et un support sur les procédures RH.
Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus d'administration du personnel et de paie.
Avoir une expérience équivalente en tant que People Ops.
Avoir de l'appétence pour l'administration du personnel & la gestion de la paie.
Avoir une bonne maîtrise d'Excel et des outils de gestion de données.
Excellentes compétences en communication.
