- Reporting to the project leader, you will be responsible for executing scientific experiments and studies that support the advancement of the project. In this role, you will work both independently and collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring that the research is carried out effectively and efficiently.- A key part of your responsibilities will be to identify critical scientific questions, dive deeply into them, and provide insights that drive informed decision-making. Designing and executing high-impact studies will be central to your role, as these will serve to propel the project forward and create a strong foundation for next steps. Your contributions will be instrumental in enabling effective, data-driven decisions that guide the program’s success.- You will be expected to clearly articulate scientific findings and research progress to project team members, contributing to discussions. This position requires scientific rigor, adaptability, and strong communication skills.**Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute experiments to advance oncology research projects.
- Establish experimental strategies in collaboration with project leaders and ensure their timely execution.
- Proactively propose, design, and implement studies addressing key biological questions.
- Identify and investigate critical scientific questions that inform and drive project decision-making.
- Deliver high-impact studies that propel projects forward and enable effective, data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., chemistry, target identification/validation, cellular sciences, screening, translational medicine).
- Share project progress and research updates with management and teams through dedicated meetings.
- Present research findings at internal meetings and contribute to project discussions.
- Support drug discovery programs by generating and communicating novel findings.
- Stay up to date with relevant scientific literature and integrate new knowledge into ongoing projects.
- Propose innovative ideas, targets, or approaches based on literature insights or own experimental results.

**Profile**:

- PhD in cancer biology, cell biology, biology, biochemistry, pharmacology or closely related disciplines
- Experience in cancer cell biology.
- Prior experience in cancer cell signaling and in vitro/in vivo models of cancer.
- Experience and knowledge in biochemical and molecular assays (western blot, RT-PCR, CRISPR, ELISA), cellular assays (cell proliferation and viability measurements, cell line engineering, etc) are required. Familiarity with commonly used oncology public databases is a plus.
