**Apprenticeship (1 or 2 years) - Assistant Product Manager Harry**
**Location: Paris, Boulogne-Billancourt**
**Start Date: September 2025**

**_Your Missions:_**:

- Support the Innovation & Renovation team_ in managing the innovation and renovation pipeline for the Harrys brand:

- Independently oversee packaging development: brief, back-and-forth with agencies & graphic chain, and coordinate with internal departments.
- Portfolio performance analysis & market research:_
- Monitor brand and market performance through distributor and consumer panel studies (e.g., Nielsen).
- Conduct in-depth analyses to address specific challenges and provide actionable recommendations.
- Perform competitive intelligence and market monitoring.
- Support communication tools for new product launches:_
- Create visuals, selling stories, and sales team presentations (argumentaires FDV).
- Monthly budget_ tracking for the Harrys brand using SAP.

**_Your Profile:_**
Currently enrolled in a Master's level program (BAC+5) with a marketing specialization, you have previous experience in FMCG or marketing.
You’re a strong communicator and will serve as a key contact within the Harrys Marketing team, liaising with Trade Marketing, R&D, internal support teams, and external partners.
You are action
- and results-oriented, and always bring ideas to the table when it comes to marketing activations.
You’re comfortable with numbers, and your analytical and organizational skills allow you to deliver real added value. You’re naturally curious, independent, dynamic, and motivated, with a strong sensitivity for products, marketing, or the food industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Initial experience with distributor panels (e.g., Nielsen)
- A good command of English is required
- Preferred rhythm: 3 weeks in the company, 1 week at school
