Cdi - Product Executive W/m - Salomon Apparel &

**We are looking for a **Product Executive W/M** to**:

- Work with the Product Line Manager and the Product Marketing Assistant to support them through the creation of the seasonal product offering. This is primarily an administrative role that has direct ownership over the systems and tools that supports the development and presentation of the product line.

**You will work in close collaboration with our R&D, Design, Brand, Finance, Commercial** **teams.**

**You will report directly to the Global Apparel Product Director.**

**Main Activities**:

- Assist Product Line Manager in the management of the product creation process to ensure that key milestones are achieved and products meet the needs of customer base worldwide.
- Work with Product Line Manager to ensure seamless interaction to deliver a product line that is designed, developed and manufactured to meet product requirements, market needs, margin goals, and calendar timelines.
- Create and manage product line information that flow into our cross functional Product Management systems, guaranteeing highest level of accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Facilitate information flow across merchandising department through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Coordinate and support samples shipping and administration.
- Help prepare sales tools and communication materials for category.

- _ Travailler avec le responsable de la ligne de produits et l'assistant marketing produit pour les soutenir dans la création de l'offre de produits saisonniers. Il s'agit principalement d'un rôle administratif qui a une responsabilité directe sur les systèmes et les outils qui soutiennent le développement et la présentation de la ligne de produits._

Activités principales :_**
- _ Aider le responsable de la ligne de produits à gérer le processus de création des produits afin de s'assurer que les étapes clés sont atteintes et que les produits répondent aux besoins de la clientèle mondiale._
- _ Travailler avec le responsable de la ligne de produits pour assurer une interaction transparente afin de fournir une ligne de produits conçue, développée et fabriquée pour répondre aux exigences du produit, aux besoins du marché, aux objectifs de marge et aux calendriers._
- _ Créer et gérer les informations relatives à la ligne de produits qui sont transmises à nos systèmes de gestion des produits, en garantissant le plus haut niveau de précision et le respect des délais._
- _ Faciliter le flux d'informations au sein du département merchandising grâce à d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale._
- _ Coordonner et soutenir l'expédition et l'administration des échantillons._
- _ Participer à la préparation des outils de vente et du matériel de communication pour la catégorie._

**Qualifications**
- **Needed Work Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in project management or assistant role
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising preferred or in business or related discipline. Equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- ** Foreign Language(s)**: fluency in English
- ** IT Skills**: Microsoft Office

Expériences requises _**_: 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet ou en tant qu'assistant_
- **_ Enseignement _**_: _Baccalauréat en merchandising de préférence ou en affaires ou dans une discipline connexe. Une expérience professionnelle équivalente peut être substituée au diplôme._
