You are joining the Agency & Middle Office Aviation, Export & Infrastructure team of about 15 people. This team helps set up and monitor project financing and export financing operations originating from the Real Assets and Global Trade Front Office of the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) for the benefit of large French and international companies.

On a daily basis, your job is to:

- Review legal documentation and perform compliance checks;
- Provide technical expertise to the front office during the pre-closure and closing phases of operations;
- Coordinate various internal and/or external stakeholders, including borrowers and investors;
- Monitor transactions (drawings, waivers, amendments, repayments, etc.);
- Check compliance with the borrower’s contractual commitments (covenants, guarantees received) and prepare the necessary reports.

In close collaboration with the project managers, you are responsible for setting up and managing a portfolio of financing operations under which Natixis acts as an agent. You are in daily contact with borrowing and investing clients, but also with the front office, law firms, legal teams and back office.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us

You have at least 3 years of experience in similar positions.

You are familiar with:

- The role of agent;
- Financing operations (syndicated loans for infrastructure, export and aeronautics);
- Analysis of contractual documentation in French and English;
- Standard office tools (especially Excel).

You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:

- Organized and rigorous;
- Responsive and customer-oriented;
- Motivated by teamwork.

You master English with a B2 level.
