What you’ll do & Who you are

Job description:
Reporting to the Legal Department France (6 people), you will carry out the following tasks:

- Assisting the operational teams in the analysis, drafting and negotiation of all legal documents relating to leboncoin Group projects (calls for tender, service contracts, purchase and sales contracts, General Terms and Conditions, General Terms and Conditions, confidentiality agreements),
- Assistance in drafting and updating the GTC, GCU and distribution rules for leboncoin Group sites and services,
- Support and legal advice to in-house operational teams (marketing, technical, customer support, etc.) on all issues relating to contract performance and interpretation, commercial law, consumer law, personal data law, intellectual property law, competition law,
- Assistance in defending our intellectual property rights (trademarks and domain names),
- Legal watch in contract law, commercial law, new technologies law, intellectual property law and more generally business law, and assistance where necessary in bringing the Group into line with legislative developments.

Qualifications:

- With a Master 2 in contract law/e-commerce law/business law, you ideally have initial experience in the digital and/or media sector.
- You have a good knowledge of contract law, as well as of the Internet and e-commerce.
- You are autonomous, rigorous, pragmatic, proactive and enthusiastic. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of service.
- You have good written and spoken communication skills, as well as a good capacity for analysis and synthesis.
- Fluent English is required for this position.
