Oikonomakis Law is offering a unique opportunity for a motivated law student to join our International Corporate Law Internship Programme, starting on 10 January and lasting 16 days. The internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to real international legal practice across multiple European jurisdictions.
During the first phase of the programme, the intern will be based in Athens, where they will be introduced to the firm's corporate law operations and internal structure. During the second phase, the intern will continue their experience in one of our international offices in Paris, Düsseldorf, or Barcelona, gaining insight into cross-border legal work.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Assisting with international corporate law matters
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Supporting lawyers with client files and transactions
- Participating in internal meetings and strategy discussions
- Observing client communications and case management
- Gaining exposure to cross-cultural legal environments and regulatory frameworks
This programme is ideal for candidates seeking early international exposure and practical experience in corporate law.
Requirements
- Current law student status
- Fluency in two or more languages used in the internship locations
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
