OverviewAs a HR Business Partner you will make an impact by reinforcing the Human Resources department of the French entity. You will be in charge of several organizations for which you will be the privileged point of contact of our managers. You will equip and advise them so that they deliver the business objectives expected by the company, support the development and engagement of their employees and contribute to maintaining a great place to work. You will be a valued member of the HR team and work collaboratively with team members and senior stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesEstablish HR as a key constituent of the overall business: act as a business partner to the organizations/client groups you will be responsible for and dovetail HR with business planning as well as day-to-day operations, with a vision to foresee opportunities and mitigate risks.Advise managers on people imperatives: people engagement, compliance, headcount planning, skill development, performance management, compensation and propose action plans and interventions.Develop and implement innovative HR policies/processes and drive HR projects: develop/localize HR policies in alignment with overall HR strategy and compliance with local regulations; drive France HR projects and contribute to cross-functional projects with HR and the business.Reinforce a deeply performance-oriented culture: set the tone for a high-performance culture based on best-in-class standards; facilitate development of high-performance teams through manager coaching, clarity of roles and responsibilities, clear goals and expectations, skill building and productivity enhancements.Support talent development and management: understand business dynamics, market forces and local talent trends; contribute to the people agenda and help build and deliver a strong value proposition to onboard, develop and retain the best talent. Work arrangementWe believe hybrid work is the way forward and this is a hybrid position requiring 2/3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Paris. What you need to have to be consideredMaster’s degree/ Bac+5 in Human Resources Management5 years’ experience in a HRBP roleExperience within large complex organisation(s) with multiple stakeholders, including matrix relationships and work with HR shared servicesFluency in English, first language at workStrong labour law expertise / labour law qualification / Workers council experience / Social relationships Nice to haveExperience within international environmentsExperience in the IT Services industry We’re excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
