We are seeking a **Product Service Delivery Manager-VDI** to join our team at a client’s facility in **Toulouse, Occitanie, France**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Stakeholder Coordination**

Act as the service owner between technical teams, vendors, and Customer to align VDI Services and solutions. Truly demonstrating leadership behavior and able to take independent action/decisions
- **Infrastructure Management**

Ensure the VDI environment is stable, secure, and scalable by managing hardware, software, and network components, including upgrades and patches.
- **Performance Monitoring and Optimization**

Monitor system performance, user experience, and capacity utilization, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability, keeping Automation as Focus.
- **Compliance and Security Oversight**

Enforce security policies, data protection standards, and compliance requirements within the VDI ecosystem to safeguard organizational assets.
- **Project Planning and Execution**

Oversee end-to-end delivery of VDI projects, including planning, resource allocation, timelines, and risk management to ensure successful implementation.

**Technical Requirements**:

- **Expertise in VDI Technologies**

Proficiency in platforms like VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and VRO/Ansible.
- **Infrastructure Knowledge**

Strong understanding of networking, storage, virtualization (e.g., VMware vSphere, Hyper-V), Active Directory, and DNS/DHCP services.
- **Security and Compliance**

Familiarity with endpoint security, access controls, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27001.
- **Scripting and Automation Skills**

Experience with VRO/Ansible or other scripting languages for automating VDI deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
- **Monitoring and Troubleshooting Tools**

Hands-on experience with tools like ControlUp, VMware vRealize, or Microsoft Endpoint Manager for perform
