**Global Markets & Technologies (GM&T)** open new business frontiers for the Air Liquide Group with a strong expertise in cutting-edge technologies and inspired by disruptive mindsets. In the context of the energy transition, **Biogas Solutions Europe** business has seen double-digit growth for several years in Europe. This business includes the technologies and solutions that we offer throughout the value chain, from the production of biomethane using our proprietary membrane and Turbo-Brayton technologies, to its ultimate use(in transportation, industry, or for the production of low-carbon hydrogen).

Our European business is currently focused on France, the United Kingdom, Scandinavia (Sweden and Norway), and Italy in Europe but also US and China. Our growth is driven by the opening of several biomethane production plants and by strong demand from industry and the transportation sector. As Subject Matter Expert in the **process risk assessment** domain, as **Process Risk Management Representative (PRMR)** you will be responsible for:

- implementing the annual plan for process risk assessment of existing operations and installations within his/her perimeter, according to the “Process Risk Management program” established by the Process Risk Manager.
- conducting process risk assessments when required and ensuring that the selected risk reduction measures will allow to meet the criteria defined by the Group risk criticality matrix.
- performing reviews in the field to confirm the effectiveness of the validated risk reduction measures..

Your main peers will be Operations, HSE and Projects team and working with them -with regular visits on site and construction yards
- you will ensure that all process risks are identified and that those risks are properly assessed and mitigated in accordance with the local regulations and Air Liquide standards (according to projects and country)

You will be in charge of implementing the annual plan for process risk assessment of existing operations and installations (within your perimeter), according to the “Process Risk Management program” established by the Process Risk Manager and you will conduct process risk assessments when required and ensure that the selected risk reduction measures will allow to meet the criteria defined by the Group risk criticality matrix.

**Competencies and Profile**
With a Process /Elec engineering background and 5/8years experience in **process risk domains**/HSE/Industrial Audit/System management and/or industrial operations management in fields linked to biogas, gas processing, oil/gas/industry, you have deep knowledge of HAZOP, HAZARD, LOPA and local regulations/codes/standards and you fully understand the different types of hazards at the workplace, including human and organizational factors.

You are fluent in French and English and you are fully comfortable in handling relations with colleagues from different departments and countries.
