Nous recrutons pour notre client, acteur clé de la livraison un(e)
Fleet Manager H/F. Le poste est basé à Paris 9 et est à pourvoir
en CDI.
En tant que Fleet Manager, tu as pour mission principale:

- Assurer 95% de taux de disponibilité de la flotte (600 véhicules).

À toi d'imaginer comment le réaliser. Nous cherchons avant tout
une personnalité en quête d'autonomie et d'action.
Autour de cet objectif s'articuleront les missions suivantes:

- Pilotage et management de plus de 600 véhicules (vélos cargos,

scooter électrique et VL électrique et thermique) selon les besoins
de chaque activité
- Gestion de la transformation de la flotte à 100% propre
- Gestion des fournisseurs : contrats d'achats et location
- Management d'une équipe de mécaniciens dédiée à nos

réparations internes, répartie sur nos différents hubs logistiques
en France.
- Mise en place de process et outils de gestion
- Mise en place et suivi des KPIs de performance de la flotte (taux

de dispo, taux d'utilisation, taux de panne, temps
d'immobilisation, coût d'utilisation, etc)

Profil recherché

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Expérience de plus de 5 ans réussie sur un poste similaire
- Une bonne maîtrise du pack Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
Outlook)
- Une capacité de travail et de gestion de tâches
- Le gout du challenge et une très forte capacité d'adaptation
- Tu es autonome, curieux.se, à l'affût des nouvelles tech en
rapport avec la mobilité (véhicules hydrogènes, hybrides, apps de
gestion de flotte...)

Et tu aimes:

- Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus
opérationnels et être une source active de propositions.
- Faire preuve d'implication et de proactivité afin d'être
rapidement autonome.
