Looking to hire a Fleet Manager in Europe to manage our fleet of buses. Key responsibilities are below:
**Fleet Operations Management**:

- Develop and oversee schedules and routes to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor daily bus operations, ensuring on-time performance.
- Coordinate the dispatch and allocation of buses.

**Maintenance and Compliance**:

- Ensure all vehicles meet safety standards and are maintained regularly.
- Stay updated with and comply with **EU transport regulations**, including emission standards (e.g., Euro 6 compliance).
- Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

**Driver Management**:

- Recruit, train, and manage drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and customer service standards.
- Monitor driver hours and schedules in compliance with EU laws (e.g., tachograph regulations).

**Technology and Fleet Monitoring**:

- Utilize GPS and telematics systems for route optimization and performance tracking.
- Analyze data to improve fleet efficiency and safety.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Maintain up-to-date licenses, permits, and insurance for the fleet.
- Prepare for and pass inspections from regulatory authorities.

Pay: 3,000.00€ - 5,000.00€ per month
