**Your mission**
- You will join our Growth Team and work collaboratively with Bastien, our first Growth Manager and François, our head of growth.
- We are looking for a talented Growth Marketer whose main mission will be to
- Maintain and improve our prospect database, including scraping, enrichment, and scoring.
- Help leverage our CRM to optimize processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and discover new opportunities.
- Assist our event team in turning our events into a lead-generation machine
- Build internal automation tools to support sales and the marketing team.
- Structure and optimize outbound for our BDRs.

**Who are we looking for?**

To thrive at Pennylane in this position, you need to:

- Have at least +2 years of experience as a Growth marketer
- Have a solid experience and understanding of CRM tool (Hubspot or Salesforce)
- Have significant experience in building internal automation process
- Have a good understanding of sales issues
- To have a problem-solving mindset
- Be energized by an ever-shifting work environment
- Have good communication skills to talk with various teams
- You are fluent in French & English (level B2/C1 or equivalent)
- An experience in a fast-growing company is a plus.

**The tools we use in the Growth team**
- CRM: Hubspot (Marketing & Growth) & Salesforce (sales)
- Automation: Zapier, N8N & PhantomBuster
- Tracking: Segment, GTM, Amplitude, GA4
- CMS: Contentful
- Ideally, you’re familiar with digital marketing (paid acquisition, conversion, SEO )
