- **Mission**:
Join Qonto's Growth Operations team as an intern and help drive key initiatives to empower growth channels through best-in-class marketing automation, MarTech tools, revenue products, and generative AI. Under Clément's leadership, you'll enhance operational efficiency by streamlining processes, centralizing marketing data, and supporting cross-functional projects crucial to our growth strategy.
** As a Growth Operations Intern at Qonto, you will**:
- **Run analytics** for Growth teams to enhance user acquisition and feature adoption strategies.
- **Build reverse ETL pipelines using Segment** to feed data to acquisition and CRM teams.
- Regularly **audit and improve our marketing database and integrations.**
- Drive or contribute to cross-team projects, **working closely with customer teams (CRM, Acquisition).**
- Help **centralize marketing data, leveraging Segment** to integrate client and marketing data.

**About your future manager**:
**His path**: You will directly report to Clément, a seasoned Growth Operations professional with 8 years of experience in the field. Clément's journey in data-driven marketing and growth strategies has led him to his current role as the lead of the CRM & Acquisition Ops team within the Growth Ops team at Qonto. His career has been marked by a deep understanding of how to leverage data for business growth, particularly in the fintech industry.
**What he brings to the team**: Clément brings expertise in marketing analytics, data integration, and growth operations. His leadership focuses on hands-on mentorship, fostering continuous learning and innovation. Clément’s skill in aligning data operations with business goals is key to driving Qonto’s growth.
**About You**:
**Education**: Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or Business School with a focus on tech and data.
**Skills**: Proficiency in SQL (intermediate level required). Knowledge of JavaScript and Python is a plus.
**Problem-Solving**: Demonstrate a structured approach to tackling complex challenges.
**Communication**: Fluent in English, with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
**Adaptability**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
