**The Opportunity**

Join our MS Performance Excellence - Programs Team as a Senior Program Director, where you'll lead multiple Tier 1 strategic programs that are key to the success of Merchant Services. Reporting to the Head of Programs, you'll drive program excellence while managing numerous senior stakeholders across MS to deliver critical business objectives.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Lead and oversee multiple Tier 1 strategic programs critical to Merchant Services success
- Manage and guide numerous senior stakeholders from across MS to deliver the program objectives
- Drive program excellence by implementing best practices and performance standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders across MS to ensure program alignment with business strategy
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate effective Executive decision making and escalation management

- 5-10 years of program management experience or senior management roles with proven business transformation delivery
