We bring tumor profiling, the use of liquid biopsies, and real-world data insights to health systems globally. Our work leads to improved patient experiences and outcomes now, while advancing the development of breakthrough precision oncology therapies.

**The Field Application Specialist Role**

As a Field Application Specialist (FAS) at Hedera Dx, you’ll be the driving force behind our customers’ success, acting as both a trusted advisor and a hands-on expert. You’ll guide customers from day one, offering tailored pre-sales consulting, seamless on-site implementation, and top-tier support to ensure they unlock the full potential of our cutting-edge products.

This role goes beyond technical expertise: it's about building lasting relationships, delivering impactful training on Hedera Dx solutions, and traveling to diverse locations to connect with customers face-to-face.

**Key Responsibilities**

The FAS will perform several essential tasks, including but not limited to:

- Collaborating closely with Account Executives as a product technical expert to support, drive, and close sales opportunities.
- Implementing Hedera Dx products at customer laboratories.
- Work closely with the Machine Learning team to coordinate and manage implementation deliverables.
- Acting as a local compliance expert to support Hedera Dx customers in obtaining their accreditations.
- Delivering product demos and technical presentations to customers and participating in conferences.
- Gathering and sharing competitive market intelligence and driving continuous product development in collaboration with other Hedera Dx departments.

**Interactions**

The Field Application Specialist will primarily interact with individuals and teams within Hedera Dx, including: Sales, Marketing, Research and Development (R&D), Software Development team, Machine Learning team, RevOps team, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs (QA/RA), as well as Customers.

**Qualifications**
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting and implementing NGS-based tests in the diagnostic field.
- Possess hands-on bench experience with NGS library preparation and capture protocols.
- Hold a Master's degree in Life Sciences, with a PhD considered a plus.
- Are willing to commit to spending more than 50% of your working time on travel.
- Are fluent in French and possess a strong command of English.
- Have knowledge in oncology, with prior experience in circulating DNA or FFPE testing considered an advantage.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of quality management systems and the implementation of protocols.
- Based in France.
