THE ROLE

The Facilities Manager will work with the FM team and clients to further strengthen the FM service provision by improving the overall customer experience, they will be the point of contact for all senior stakeholders across the client network and will contribute to, and help develop, the strategy to continuously improve facilities though.

This role will be ideally suited to an experienced leader of teams in a service delivery role. The FM will take full ownership for the client relationship, operations and delivery of FM services within our client’s high-profile property portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that the onsite client’s expectations are met.
Carry out site visits/Audits as per the agreed schedule.
Build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across the sites.
Key point of contact for all facilities services in the client’s premises.
Proactively manage key suppliers to deliver within agreed SLAs
Ensure the provision of a safe working environment
Manage the Control of Contractors, review risk assessments, method statements and support approvals of permits to work
Support with Energy saving objectives.
Control budget cost where applicable
Support Statutory Compliance on sites ensuring statutory compliance reports are received in a timely manner.
Effective communication with stakeholders, service providers and colleagues.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Experience in facilities, property management or related field
Experience of Managing a team and Key Stakeholders
Experience working in Financial Services/Banking environment
Knowledge of critical facilities and an understanding of basic technical aspects of property
Excellent organisational and communication skill (both written and oral)
Must be fluent in English
Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands
Good understanding of soft services. along with operational knowledge of Hard services.
Able to work under pressure
IT literate with Microsoft Office
Able to work under own initiative
