The Program Operations Specialist is responsible for the daily operational duties of the Fortinet Academic Partner and Outreach programs.

**Act as a customer interface**:

- Respond to any questions and queries from Fortinet Academic Partners with an eye toward maximizing partner satisfaction
- Cultivate a solid customer relationship with the Academies
- Support Academies in onboarding, reserving NSE Institute Labs, and ensuring the day to day operations of the program are functioning smoothly
- Assist with internal and external support activities as the first point of contact for the program, routing inquiries as appropriate, and explaining processes to members

**Maintain Academy KPI’s**
- Gather accurate training delivery data from all our Academic and Outreach partners on a quarterly basis
- Produce quarterly reporting showing key training data
- Use Organization’s tools to monitor, track and manage student’s enrollment
- Assist in presenting this data across the larger organization

**Program Manager Support**
- Support the Global Program Managers for the Academy & Outreach programs
- Provide input or project oversight to streamline or automate processes, build new program offerings, and improve accountability of the program through metrics and reporting.
- Suggest improvements for processes and systems based on self-experience or external feedback
- Maintain a strong working relationship with Fortinet stakeholders and act as an Academy/Outreach Program Ambassador.
- Act as our main link with the Training Operations team on everything related to operations tasks.

- Analytic and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to take initiative and prioritize items
- Demonstrated experience working with distributed and international teams

**Education and Languages**
- Fluent English is a must, knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset. French is an asset.
- Experience in an educational environment (preferred) or similar, that proves administrative, commercial, logistics, and customer service skills.
- Experience LMS (Moodle), and or any Project Management tool is a great asset.
- 4-year university degree (BS or BA) preferred.
